The Advanced Training Program takes place over a full day, which includes a supervised lunch (BYO) and an instructor led lunch time activity. The first half of the day generally focuses on skating and multiple player skills, and the second half of the day focuses on shooting, checking, a team practice, and a last hour scrimmage. The day starts on the ice at 8:30 a.m. and the day ends at 3:30 p.m.
