Complete Training Program

The Complete Program is for students between the ages of 10 and 15. The focus of this program is advanced skill development within a disciplined environment. The major emphasis is on all aspects of skating and agility, complemented by extensive puck control. Drill progression is steady and challenging.

This is a demanding week, which provides 30 hours of excellent hockey instruction, while providing a team building experience in a disciplined environment. Students within this program learn about leadership, commitment, work ethic, and the benefits of team work. If you have not attended this program in the past PLEASE READ THIS.

This program takes place over a full-day which includes a supervised lunch (BYO) and an instructor led lunch time activity. The first half of the day generally focuses on skating and puck handling skills, whereas the second half of the day focuses on shooting, conditioning, checking, games, ending with a scrimmage during the final hour. The day starts on the ice at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m.

The two offered sessions are the same in content, however, the tempo will build over the week-long sessions.  This helps challenge students coming to multiple weeks of this session and older students attending the last week of Complete Training Program in preparation for the Advanced Training Program the following week. Although the Complete Training Program is open to students 10-15 years of age, the increasing intensity throughout the two weeks is the reason the recommended age of students also rises from week one to week two.
